About Amanda Chen:

I’m the founder of Salty Paloma, and I produce a line of naturally flavoured cocktail rimmers for margaritas, caesars and other cocktails. I am responsible for branding and product development and I work closely with spirits brands and retailers on brand partnerships for various promotional activations and marketing initiatives.

 

At IPG Mediabrands I led social media strategy and influencer campaigns across all agency clients at IPG Mediabrands Toronto. I was responsible for overseeing the entire creative process and managing relationships with key social influencers to develop custom branded content with paid media amplification. I worked closely with media planners and analysts to launch and deliver successful brand campaigns on social channels.

 

During my time at Havas Worldwide Canada I led content and social strategies across all agency clients in Toronto and Montreal. I was also responsible for the editorial direction of creative concepts for website redesigns, campaign microsites and social media content. I work closely with UX architects, designers and marketing stakeholders to create a consumer-centric digital destination with meaningful content.

 

While at Sid Lee I was responsible for copywriting Home Sense’s Get Inspired pages and TJX email newsletters. I also contributed to various digital content updates on all PC Financial products and developed the tone of voice and brand of PC Financial’s blog, Good To Know.
